Please book one month a head of time for your photo sessions.
Every single image from your session is edited with time and care. Every single photo is edited through professional editing programs and is treated like a piece of valued art. Please allow at least three to six weeks for your gallery to be completed and until you are able to view your photos online understanding I am also a full time student.
Payment is accepted only in cash or check please and thank you.

Session date will be transfered to a later date if there is an emergency cancellation (illness, weather, accident, etc. )
Audre Holtz Photography is not responsible for any accident that happen before, during, or after the photo shoot session.
Audre Holtz Photography owns all copy right to the photos. Clients have the right for personal usage for the photos only! Unless stated otherwise.
In exchange for consideration received, you hereby give permission to [Audre Mei Holtz] to use your name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, and any other lawful purposes. Unless stated otherwise.
Please download and back up the files as soon as Audre Holtz Photography give you the link to your online gallery. Audre Holtz Photography is not responsible if you lose your files later.
Additional Pricing Information:
Prices vary based on the number of people and hours included in a session. An additional fee will be charged for those requesting photograph locations outside the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas based on mileage. All prices above are subject to NM tax.
Artistic Reservation Policy:
Artists reserve the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the Photographers' artistic standards. Images are selected and edited at Photographer's discretion. You are not allowed to re-edit any image in any way!

Please note that it is illegal to scan prints, right-click or screen shot online proofs or other online images featured on the web site, blog, or any kind of social media, make copies from prints, sell or alter images received in any format. All images indefinitely remain under copyright of Audre Holtz Photography unless otherwise noted under contractual agreement.
